  • What much does it cost?

    Our basic plan is $9.99 a month but ways to save up to 20%. There are other content speed intervals and discounts which you can look at here. https://www.fiberandfiction.com/collections

  • How frequently does it come?

    You'll receive all of your monthly content on the first Thursday of the month.

  • What is the difference between a 12 or 6 month Clubs?

    The 12 month Club is in a Block-a-Month Format and is great for beginners because we start off easy and work toward intermediate stitches. The 6 month project club is geared toward the intermediate crocheter but both have video tutorials with each release so everyone can enjoy!

  • How do I check the status of my account?

    After you sign in, you can change or update your credit card info or cancel you subscription by clicking on you name or picture in the top right of the site header and select My Account.

  • When does it start?

    All Clubs start on January 7th 2021!

  • Where can I get help?

  • Can I change my subscription once I sign up?

    We'd be happy to work with you to find a solution to your issue. Email us at customerservice@fiberandfiction.com.

  • How much experience will I need?

    Beginners are welcome. Our video tutorials are perfectly paced for you to learn a long the way. There is always something to learn for every skill level with Fiber and Fiction!

  • What if I find an error in the pattern?

    All patterns are double and triple checked for potential human error. But if you do find something please email us at patternservices@fiberandfiction.com

  • What happens after I sign up?

    After you sign up (yea!!), you'll receive a welcome email giving you a FREE downloadable pattern while you wait for the Club to begin. Other infomation like your supply list and welcome video will all be available in your club dashboard.

  • How does billing work?

    Once you have signed up for your club(s) you'll be charged for the first month of content. Then you won't be charged again until 1 week prior to the next months content release.

  • Can I cancel after I sign up?

    We would hate to see you go but of course you may cancel at any time by signing into you account or emailing us at customerservice@fiberandfiction.com. Be advised that you will no longer have access to club content if you do cancel.

  • But what about the club content I paid for before I cancelled my membership? Will I be able to see it later?

    All published content for each club is available to download on any device. We suggest if you are interested in cancelling , that you download your content prior to ending your membership.

  • How long is the club content available for me to access once my membership is up?

    You will always have access to the Club content as long as you have paid in full for the clubs duration.

  • Do you have an affiliate program?

    Yes we do! For every person you bring into the club using a personalized link, you'll receive $5.00 Payable through Paypal. If you are interested email us at info@fiberandfiction.com

  • Do we have to be club members before becoming an affiliate?

    Nope. Although we would love to have you, you do not need to be a member of any clubs offered by Fiber and Fiction.

  • Are all the Books and Patterns Original?

    Absolutely! Each one is tailor-made and exclusive to Fiber and Fiction members!
